What we collect
- Account details: first and last name, mobile number, email (optional; required for numbers outside Iran) and password.
- The nutrition assessment form: what you enter yourself, such as age, height, weight, body measurements, medical and medication history, eating habits, sleep and activity.
- Files you upload: a lab report and body photos, where the form asks for them.
- Payment details: the method, amount, any discount code and, for a card transfer, the receipt image you upload. Your bank card details are never entered or stored on this site.
- Weights you record in your panel to track your progress.
Why we collect it
We don't sell this information or share it with anyone for advertising.
- So a nutrition specialist can assess you and write your plan.
- To recognise you when you sign in and to issue your online file number.
- To send you sign-in codes, your file number and messages about your plan.
Who sees your information
You, through your panel. At the clinic, only the staff whose work needs it, each limited to their role: the nutrition specialist sees your form and plan, reception sees files, and the site administrator sees settings and payments.
Sign-in codes and your file number are sent by text message or email. The messaging provider receives only your number or address and that message.
Where and how it is kept
- On ShapeLand's own servers.
- Your files and photos have no public address; they open only after sign-in, for you and authorised staff.
- Passwords and sign-in codes are stored hashed; the password itself is never kept.
- A sign-in code is valid for 10 minutes and expires after 5 wrong guesses; password sign-in is paused for a while after repeated failures.
Visit statistics
To know which pages are read, we count only the views of each page, by language and day. No IP address, cookie or anything else that identifies you is recorded, and no third-party analytics service is used.
Other services
- The map on the contact page loads from Neshan. When you open that page, your browser connects to Neshan directly.
- Previews of Wikipedia links in articles are fetched by our server, not your browser; hovering those links doesn't connect you to Wikipedia.

- See and edit your name and email in your panel.
- Create or change your password.
- Contact us to correct or delete your account and information.
