ShapeLand is a diet therapy and nutrition centre offering nutrition consultation and personalised diet plans by nutrition specialists, in person and online.
Not a substitute for medical care
- The site's articles and calculators are for information only; they are not a diagnosis or treatment.
- If you have a condition or take medication, say so in the assessment form and also consult your doctor.
- In an emergency, see a doctor or go to a medical centre.
Your account
- A mobile number is required to register. Enter real, accurate details.
- Don't share your password or sign-in codes; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- A website account is separate from an in-person clinic file; even with a clinic file, you register to use the site.
- Once your registration is confirmed, you receive an online file number.
Assessment form and diet plan
- Your plan is written from your answers in the assessment form, so it is only as accurate as those answers.
- The plan is placed in your account on the website.
Payment
- The amount is shown before you pay, and it is calculated on our server, including any discount code.
- Payment is by card transfer with an uploaded receipt, or in person at the clinic. A card transfer is confirmed once staff have checked the receipt.
- A discount code counts as used when the payment is confirmed.
